Feralta releases a small number of traceable microlots from Cauca, one harvest at a time. Each coffee stays connected to the people, place and decisions behind it—giving you a more intimate way to discover what origin can taste like.
Each Feralta microlot is selected, processed, evaluated, roasted and packed in Cauca, Colombia—keeping the work behind each release close to its origin.
Coffee cherries are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, with careful selection beginning at the farm.
Each microlot follows a defined process, with fermentation and post-harvest decisions managed to preserve clarity, sweetness and the distinct character of the coffee.
Each lot is dried gradually and monitored for stable moisture, helping protect quality and preserve the coffee's character.
Every Feralta microlot is cupped and graded at origin before release.
Roasting is developed for each selected release to express the character of the coffee rather than impose a uniform profile.
